Our laboratory is affiliated with the Nanomaterials Research Institute (NanoMaRi) and the Institute for Frontier Science Initiative (InFIniti) at Kanazawa University. We are also part of the Division of Material Chemistry, Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, where we contribute to student education and training. In addition to academic activities, we actively collaborate with industry partners to carry out research and development. Our core research areas include perovskite solar cells, molecular orientation, and CZTS (Cu₂ZnSnS₄) solar cells.
金沢大学 ナノマテリアル研究所、新学術創成研究機構再生可能エネルギーユニット、理工学域 物質化学類 応用化学コース 電気化学研究室に所属しています。有機太陽電池の研究ですので、物質化学類 応用化学コース 電気化学研究室（中野研、辛川研、山口研）と協力して研究教育活動を行っています。また、他の講座や研究科、企業と協力して研究開発を行うこともあります。
研究分野は有機薄膜太陽電池、ペロブスカイト太陽電池、その他の有機・無機電子デバイスです。
